friendly staff excellent shower effective heating convenient transportation

the staff was friendly. the shower pressure was excellent. the heating in the room worked very well, allowing comfortable temperature control. i appreciated the close proximity to public transportation, specifically train, tram, and bus stops.

There were many stairs to reach the top floor. This was a small inconvenience with luggage.

perfect location transportation options luggage storage

the location was perfect for my needs as it was right next to haymarket station i could quickly access transportation options it was also very useful that the staff allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in time allowing me to explore without carrying bags extra milk tea and sugar were provided upon request, which i appreciated.

the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains i found that a bit off-putting
